  1. wow…brings back memories! I haven’t seen street vendors in about ten years. Did you notice that his tatoo looks like she doesn’t want you to photograph her?

  2. He have interesting stuff and I would gladly to buy something from this artist.
    Good photo showing ordinary life.

  3. HP, in fact he doesn’t realize my action. maybe he does not like it but… I act quickly.
is not advisable to create an unpleasant situation with people on this side of town. click and move.
in Sao Paulo is so usual this kind of street vendors and the tatoo.
    thx for ask me.

  4. really, Frank? do you like this kind of objects?
I can’t understand this bottle below . can you?

  5. he is in this posture for many hours. working while sell his objects.
    thx for comment.

  6. Yeah, really :-)……Often some interesting little thing can be found.
Well, often but not always ;-)

Unfortunately I don’t know nothing about this bottle. Maybe if I saw it up close and live it….;-)

  7. The bottle is a type of pipe called a “hookah” and is used for smoking marijuana, hashish, and sometimes tobacco. You half-fill the bottle with water, and place whatever you’re smoking in the little dark-coloured bowl at the top. At the end of the hose comeing out of the top is a mouthpiece. You inhale the smoke which is pulled through the water which cools it and makes it more enjoyable.

OH! IS THAT POSSIBLE THE MAN USING IT IN PUBLIC SPACE…
    UNFORTUNATELY IT COULD BE TRUE.
SAO PAULO DOWN TOWN… MANY DRUGGING PEOPLE LIVE THERE

  8. It looks like all of the objects on his right are pipes. The three bottles in the middle of the blanket also look like hookahs. What are the marijuana laws like in Brazil? Are they very tough?

HAVING THE NATIONAL DISCUSSION ABOUT ‘UNINDICTED’ YOU KNOW TO LEGALIZE
BUT THE LAW HAS NOT BEEN APRROVED YET.
    AND THERE

  9. Here it was decriminalized a few years ago so now you get a ticket (like a parking ticket) for small quantities. Before decriminalization, the police didn’t want to arrest you for such a small harmless crime, so they would throw your marijuana down the sewer and tell you not to do it again…no record. Now, with the ticket, you have a record, even if it’s a very minor crime in Canada but if you want to go somewhere else and they have knowledge of your ticket, them they might not let you into their country!

Our present prime minister is very conservative. Before he came in power, there was discussion about making it fully legal but regulated (sold in alcohol stores) but when he became prime minister, he stopped the discussion.

A GREAT NEW. WHEN I WAS THERE THAT WAS STILL INTERDITE. PAS LEGAL.
